Ambassador Lyu Jian Called on Deputy Prime Minister Prajin of Thailand

  On November 17, Ambassador Lyu Jian paid a courtesy call on Deputy Prime Minister Prajin Juntong at the Prime Minister Government House.

  Ambassador Lyu thanked Deputy Prime Minister Prajin for his positive contributions to friendly cooperation between China and Thailand over the years and spoke highly of the important progress made by the two countries in the areas of science, technology, education, agriculture and communications. China values relations with Thailand and is willing to work jointly with Thailand to maintain close high-level exchanges, promote exchanges of experience in governance, synergize development strategies and deepen pragmatic and mutually beneficial cooperation in various fields so as to push forward the comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership between the two countries.

  Deputy Prime Minister Prajin warmly welcomed Ambassador Lyu to Thailand to assume his post and congratulated China on the success of the 19th National Congress of the CPC. Thailand is willing to draw upon the precious experience of China in the fields of digital economy, smart city, scientific and technological innovation, and further deepen bilateral cooperation in education, culture, tourism and commerce and jointly take the bilateral relations to a new level.
